How do I know which size fits me?

Please refer to our size guide. Our pyjama styles are carefully handcrafted for a perfect slightly loose fit. If you have any specific questions please feel to contact us at care@prayersandplans.co

How do I return or exchange? 

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us and we hope you will love your Prayers and Plans order, but if you’d like to return it for any reason it can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the date of receipt unless it has been personalised with bespoke embroidery/monogramming. To return your item, please email us at care@prayersandplans.co and we will send you a return order form. 

If 30 days have gone by since you’ve received the parcel, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. This can sometimes take longer depending on the bank.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are made-to-order and standard orders will be shipped within 10-15 working days and usually take 2-7 working days to be delivered depending on the location. 

How do I cancel/amend my order?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order please send us an email care@prayersandplans.co quoting your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate any change requests. However, once an order is processed we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or amended. 

What shipping provider do you use?

We ship locally and worldwide with DHL Express.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from DHL. Using the tracking number and link provided in the email you will be able to track your order in real-time.

How can I monogram my Loungewear?

Can my item be gifted wrapped? 

Yes! To give your loved ones the ultimate gift, add our signature luxury gift boxes to your order. Simply select the gift box option at checkout.

How do I make wholesale orders?

How do I care for my Prayers and Plans items? 

We select and test the most premium and sustainable fabrics, so our garments need some extra care. Please hand wash all items and follow the instructions on the item. Here are some additional guidelines: 

Hand wash 

Hand wash cold/lukewarm with a mild detergent to maintain the colour and feel. Leave to soak for a few minutes, then treat with a fabric conditioner in the final rinse. Rinse well in cold water and avoid wringing. Dry your garments inside-out and lay flat to dry.

Steaming and ironing

Silk: Turn your garment inside out and iron it on the lowest setting. Spray some water to help straighten out the wrinkles. 

Cotton/linens: Turn your garments inside out and iron it on a medium heat setting.
